What we hold, and why.
The forecasts, backtests and dashboard need no personal data at all. The only place this changes is email alerts, which you have to actively sign up for.
Email alerts
If you subscribe, we hold your email address, your chosen edge threshold and league filter, and the timestamps of when you subscribed, confirmed and (if applicable) unsubscribed. That is used for exactly one purpose: sending you the alert emails you asked for. It is never sold, shared, or used for anything else.
Lawful basis is your consent, given when you tick the box and confirm via the link we email you. You can withdraw it at any time — every alert email carries a one-click unsubscribe link that needs no login, or email hello@tronk.co.uk and we will remove your address by hand.
Webhooks
Registering a webhook stores the URL you provide and a secret used to sign deliveries to it. No personal data is required to register one.
Everything else
Forecasts, the live track record, and bet-tracking features do not require an account and collect no personal data. Standard web server logs (IP address, requested page) are kept briefly for security and abuse prevention, as with any web service.
